EAB 2015 GALA, WITH THE PRINCESS BRIDE
October 14, 2015 - 6:30pm
Alamo Drafthouse
618 NW Loop 410, San Antonio, TX 78216
"Hello, my name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die." Is there a more quotable line from ANY movie than that one? Well, that quote or maybe the whole "Mawwage" thing...or I guess the "As you wish" is pretty iconic, too. Oh gosh darn it! Every line in THE PRINCESS BRIDE has transformed from mere lines in a script to gospel that melts even the coldest of hearts.

Inconceivable you say? Well at the EAB Gala with Princess Bride the Action Pack movie challenges you to a duel of words with our PRINCESS BRIDE Quote-Along!

Join Westley as be duels Vizzini and his crew, braves the dangers of the fire swamp, and overcomes death for true love. We'll have inflatable swords for everyone to fight and dramatically switch hands with, as well as a Rescue Princess Buttercup game before the show. So lace up your boots, draw your swords, and prepare for a miracle because this is true love. You think this happens every day?

The San Antonio Earn-A-Bike Co-op (EAB) is a volunteer-driven initiative with a mission to to create equitable access to cycling by providing affordable bicycle maintenance, services, and education. We operate a community bicycle repair shop.

The Shop provides a central forum for sharing equipment, materials, and expertise and facilitates affordable, practical, hands-on support for cyclist of all ages and skill levels.

The shop has reached capacity. The youth we serve are hungry for more, and we have reached capacity in space and working facilities to offer the needed programming. The shop can host 4-5 students when we could be teaching 25-30.

This auction will help us raise fund for BScuela - The School for Bicycle Mechanics and Cycling Education.  A one of a kind community center that revolves around the bicycle as a tool for empowerment and transformation.

BScuela is for everyone in San Antonio and will be the home to Earn-A-Bike, Women's Wrench Night, Open Shop, Safe Cycling Courses, Bicycle Mechanics Certification Programs, researchers, advocates and those that just want to have fun on their bikes.

Help us ride this vision.  Get involved through bidding on items, donating, volunteering, sponsoring and promoting this great project.  We can make San Antonio an even better place by supporting BScuela
